Seven artists competed for the second spot in the final of Szansa na sukces. Eurowizja 2020. Participants sang the greatest Eurovision hits. Judges announced Alicja Szemplińska as a winner of the second episode. She will fight for the rights to represent Poland in Eurovision 2020.
Last week Kasia Dereń won the first episode of Szansa na sukces. Eurowizja 2020. This time three judges – Cleo, Gromee and Michał Szpak – chose second finalist of Polish preselection for Eurovision Song Contest 2020.
Szansa na sukces. Eurowizja 2020, episode 2 – results
This time Cleo, Gromee and Michał Szpak chose Alicja Szemplińska to be the second finalist. Paulina Czapla and Weronika Curyło were awarded by honorary regards from judges, who are previous representantives of Poland in the Eurovision Song Contest.

Szansa na sukces. Eurowizja 2020, episode 2 – participants
Sunday show was a second attempt at Polish Eurovision preselections for one of the participants. Saszan took part in Krajowe Eliminacje 2018 with the song Nie chcę ciebie mniej, scoring 9 points on aggregate and landing on 6th place out of 10 acts. What’s more, Stashka has failed to qualify for the national final in 2018, nevertheless she has an international success in her biography. She were awarded with main and public prize at the Baltic Song Contest 2014 in Karlshamn.
Who’s participants of second episode of Szansa na sukces? Aleksandra Nykiel is known as the Public Award winner of the Debiuty concert at Opole Festival 2019 with the song Moja siła. Most participants of this episode have appeared on Polish talent shows. Damian Kulej, Weronika Curyło and Alicja Szemplińska took part in The Voice of Poland. Paulina Czapla sang in the Must Be the Music. Tylko muzyka.
Alicja Szemplińska – who is she?
Alicja Szemplińska took part in Hit, Hit, Hurra!, which was short-lived format for young performers aired in 2016. She claimed the main prize and had a chance to practice her singing skills under the eye of Michael Jackson’s vocal teacher, Seth Riggs. In 2019 she won the 10th edition of The Voice of Poland and released a debut single Prawie my which went quite high in the radio charts in Poland.
Only one free spot remains in the final of Szansa ns sukces scheduled for February 23rd. The last finalist will be selected in episode 3 on February 16th. Participants will cover the greatest hits by The Beatles. The show will start at 3:15 p.m. CET on TVP2.
