She is one of the most popular artists in Poland. This year, she celebrates the 20th anniversary of her career with a new album – „Anima”. Justyna Steczkowska comes back and hypnotizes her fans once again!
Justyna Steczkowska in one of the most distinct artists which have compted in Eurovision Song Contest in 1990s. Despite a low-ranked place in 1995, her entry „Sama” remains one of the most memorable Polish song in the Contest.
Justyna still goes strong at the polish music market. After 2 years break, she comes back with a new album „Anima”. The new release is connected with the celebration of the 20th anniversary of her artistic career.
New album is full of electronic sounds, which refer to cosmic inspirations of Justyna. „Anima” was recorded together with Silesian Art Collective. During the work on the album, Steczkowska has collaborated with several prominent Polish artists like Katarzyna Nosowska, Izabela Komoszyńska (Sorry Boys) or Ifi Ude.
„Anima” proves that Justyna is in a great musical condition. Personal lyrics, sensual compositions and emotional meanings will cause the excitement even among the most demanded listeners. Independent approach allows Justyna to express herself in the best way and, at the same time, to stay away from the Polish mainstream. Steczkowska doesn’t compromise and follow her alternative pathway. Thanks to that, her new material obtains new value and multidimensional character.
„Anima” is a perfect crowning of 2o years of Justyna’s career. Moreover, it is an expression of the respect and devotion to her fans. We hope you will feel the same about her new album as we are.
